Gary Brecka is a Managing Director and Head
of Insurance Distribution for InsCap Management. Mr. Brecka
served as the Co-Chairman of the Life Insurance Finance Association
and a member of the American Life Insurance Congress. Mr.
Brecka is often featured as an expert speaker on topics focusing
on the secondary market for life insurance and has presented
at prestigious industry institutions like BISYS, USI Securities
B/D, Woodbury Financial (the B/D for Hartford Insurance),
Synergy Financial B/D, the Heritage Foundation, the CPA Law
Forum and the Life Insurance Settlement Association.
Mr. Brecka holds a Bachelor of Science degree
in Biology from The University of Maryland and a Bachelor
of Science in Human Biology from the National University of
Health Sciences.
