Mr. Brody is responsible for operations
of both the management company, as well as directly managing
the External Affairs and Regulatory Unit of the firm.
He is also charged with working with various
states’ legislative and executive branches to open new
markets for the various InsCap programs, responsibility for
which his extensive government experience is invaluable. Mr.
Brody’s has a well-established background in government
affairs. He recently served in the administration of Governor
George Pataki of New York. Previously, he worked as an Acting
Assistant Commissioner for Mayor Rudolph Giuliani and for
Presidents Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush and Senators
Alphonse D’Amato and Phil Gramm.
Mr. Brody has a JD from Cardozo Law School,
an MBA from American University and a BA in Political Economy
from the Murphy Institute of Political Economy at Tulane University.
