| Mr.
Das serves as the General Counsel of the InsCap Group and
as the Head of Strategic Planning. As General Counsel, Mr.
Das is responsible for coordinating the firm's legal, compliance
and regulatory affairs. Mr. Das practiced corporate law and
securities law for over eight years in New York and in Europe
at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. He served
as Special Counsel at the New York office of Cadwalader, Wickersham
& Taft LLP. Mr. Das’ expertise is concentrated in
the area of corporate finance, capital markets, securities
law and corporate transactions.
Mr. Das received his LLM from Columbia Law
School, Columbia University, NY; his Master in Intellectual
Property (MIP) from Franklin Pierce Law Center, Concord, NH;
his LLB from The Faculty of Law, Delhi University, India and
his BA from Delhi University, India.
