Zoran Fotak is President of InsCap Asset
Management LLC, based in New York. He is also Chief Operating
Officer of ISM Advisors, LCC, a subsidiary of InsCap Asset
Management, and general partner of Life Insurance Fund Elite,
LLC.
Prior to joining InsCap in May of 2008,
Mr. Fotak was a Managing Director at Credit Suisse Securities
(Europe) Ltd. where he was Chief Operating Officer of Emerging
Markets in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. His
responsibilities extended to all three business divisions
of Credit Suisse in the region - Investment Banking, Private
Banking, and Asset Management.
Mr. Fotak spent 12 years at Merrill Lynch
& Co., Inc. prior to joining Credit Suisse. He held a
variety of senior fixed income and investment banking roles
in New York, London and Toronto. Most recently, he was Managing
Director and Chief Operating Officer of the Global Rates,
Currencies and Financing Solutions Group, Head of the Fixed
Income Asset Optimization Group, President of Merrill Lynch
Derivative Products AG, and a Director of Merrill Lynch International
Bank. During his tenure at Merrill Lynch Mr. Fotak was also
Global Head of Loan Portfolio Management and Head of EMEA
Business Development. Mr. Fotak spearheaded the development
of Merrill Lynch's CMBS Conduit, NPL and lending programs
in Canada when he was Head of Capital Markets and Syndicate
for the region.
Mr. Fotak also spent seven years at RBC-Dominion
Securities Inc. and Royal Bank of Canada in Investment Banking,
Structured Finance and Loan Syndications prior to joining
Merrill Lynch in 1994.
Mr. Fotak holds a Bachelor of Arts degree
from St. Michael's College at the University of Toronto, and
an M.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business |
