The Company, as the sole managing member of InsCap
Partners, LLC, a holding company, operates five subsidiary companies:
Concord Capital Funding, LLC and Concord Capital Funding, Inc.,
premium finance lenders, InsCap Capital Markets, LLC, a securities
broker-dealer, InsCap Insurance Services, LLC, an insurance brokerage
and agency, and InsCap Asset Management, LLC. In addition, the company has
several other affiliated entities.
