Mr. Powell serves as Vice Chairman of InsCap
responsible for carrier and industry relations, as well as
distribution. Mr. Powell worked for over 25 years with MetLife,
most recently as President, Life Brokerage. Eight years as
Head of Distribution for Jefferson Pilot Financial and two
years as Chief Distribution Officer for Highland Capital Brokerage/NFP.
Mr. Powell is a graduate of University of
North Carolina, Chapel Hill - BS in Business. He holds designations
as both Chartered Life Underwriter and LIMRA Leadership Institute
Fellow.
